— Our Programmes
Structured work for serious leadership questions
Three distinct engagements — each designed to fit a particular kind of leader, at a particular moment in their work.
Back to Home01 — Our Approach
Thoughtful engagement over prescriptive instruction
Each programme at Atherly begins with a clear question about what the leader is trying to hold — not a syllabus to deliver, but a set of recurring challenges the leader wants more space to think through. The adviser's role is to stay alongside that thinking, not to stand in front of it.
Work is conducted in person or in small groups, over a programme long enough for ideas to settle and return. A first conversation, a middle passage, a written reading at the close — each engagement has its own rhythm, suited to the shape of the question.
All three programmes are available to organisations and individual executives in Bangkok and across Thailand.
Methodology
Cohort and one-to-one formats
Both group cohort and private one-to-one structures are available, depending on the scope of the engagement.
Written Reading
Authored document at programme close
Each engagement concludes with a considered written reading — a short, authored document reflecting the themes observed, not a session summary.
Scope
Senior and executive leaders
All programmes are designed for leaders in substantial roles, not introductory development.
02 — Programme One
Senior Leadership Programme
Six-month cohort engagement · ฿34,500
A six-month development programme for a small cohort of senior leaders — typically eight to twelve participants drawn from one company. The work covers the questions that sit unexamined at the senior level: how a leader understands their own leadership identity, the rhythm of their decision-making, and the quiet effort required to hold a team's sustained attention.
The programme begins with a one-to-one intake conversation with each participant. Six full-day sessions are held monthly, with three peer-coaching pairings facilitated through the programme arc. At the close, the sponsor receives a written reading of cohort themes — an authored document that reflects what was observed.
What the programme includes
- One-to-one intake conversation per participant
- Six full-day monthly sessions
- Three facilitated peer-coaching pairings
- Themes covering leadership identity and decision-making rhythm
- Written cohort reading delivered to the sponsoring organisation

Executive Reflection Series
Twelve one-to-one sessions · ฿28,200
A twelve-session one-to-one engagement, ninety minutes each, in which a senior Atherly adviser works alongside a single executive on the small set of recurring leadership questions the executive wants to think through more carefully.
The series is private to the executive. The sponsoring organisation receives a short written reading of programme themes only with the executive's explicit agreement. Sessions follow what the executive brings rather than a fixed curriculum.
What the series includes
- Twelve sessions of ninety minutes each
- Sole focus on one executive's recurring questions
- Private engagement — no reporting without agreement
- Flexible scheduling throughout
- Optional written reading for sponsor (with executive's agreement)

-
1

-
2
Middle sessions

-

04 — Programme Three
New-In-Role Conversation Series
Five focused sessions · ฿11,800
A focused five-session series for a leader who has just moved into a meaningfully larger role — for example, a country head, a function head, or a managing director taking the seat for the first time.
The series covers the work that is easy to skip in the first hundred days: reading stakeholders carefully, making considered language choices, and attending to the quieter aspects of settling into authority. Sessions are ninety minutes each, one-to-one with a senior Atherly adviser.
What the series covers
- Stakeholder reading and early relationship-building
- Language choices and how they shape authority
- The structure of the first hundred days
- Settling into the seat and managing upward expectations
- Identifying the questions to return to after the series ends

07 — How We Work
Standards that hold across all engagements
Confidentiality
What is shared in sessions remains with the adviser. Written readings are authored observations, not session records.
Preparation
Each session is prepared in advance. Advisers read what the participant has brought before the conversation begins.
Independence
Atherly's advisers hold no business interest in the outcome of a leader's decisions. The work remains independent of the organisation's agenda.
Pace
Programmes are long enough for ideas to develop and return. Engagement arcs are not compressed to fit calendar convenience.
