Structured Reflection

Each session follows a considered agenda built around what the leader is actually dealing with — not a pre-written module.

You work with an advisor who has carried senior roles themselves — someone who recognises the texture of the work from the inside.

Genuine Discretion

What is discussed in a session stays there. Sponsors receive only what has been agreed with the executive directly.

Questions that come up often

How is this different from executive coaching? +

The work here is closer to an advisory relationship than a coaching model. There is no standardised framework, no goal-setting tool and no score at the end. We work with the questions the leader brings, reading them carefully together. Some leaders find that more useful than a structured coaching engagement — others prefer both, in parallel.

Who are the programmes suitable for? +

The group programme is designed for senior leaders — typically those with significant organisational responsibility, whether in Thai companies, regional operations or international firms based in Bangkok. The one-to-one series suits C-suite and near-C-suite executives. The new-in-role series is for anyone who has just taken on a substantially larger seat and wants help thinking through the first period in it.

How do sessions work practically? +

Group sessions are held in a suitable meeting space in Bangkok — we discuss the venue when planning begins. One-to-one sessions are held at our office on Sukhumvit 49 or at a location of the executive's preference. Some participants choose to conduct occasional sessions remotely; we can discuss what works best in each case.

What does the sponsor of a group programme receive? +

At the close of the programme, the sponsoring organisation receives a short written reading — an account of the themes that ran through the cohort's work. What individual participants shared in sessions does not appear in this document. This boundary is clearly explained to all parties before the programme begins.

What is the fee and how is it structured? +

The Senior Leadership Programme is priced at ฿34,500, the Executive Reflection Series at ฿28,200, and the New-In-Role Conversation Series at ฿11,800. Invoicing is typically split across the programme — we discuss payment terms during the initial conversation. All fees are in Thai Baht.
